Question by Zach M: Are all clinical psychologists trained in hypnosis and hypnotherapy?
I plan to become a clinical psychologist, and i’m wondering if all, some, or none of them get trained in hypnosis. (Note I’m talking about those who have a doctorate in clinical psychology.)

Not all clinical psychologists get trained in hypnosis. It depends on their interests and what they plan to do with their degree. If it’s something you’re interested in then go for it! Hypnosis can be a very useful tool in certain cases; however, not all clients respond to it. Some people cannot relax enough to be hypnotized. You should do some research and see if it’s something you want to pursue.
