Hypnosis really helps a lot. I have used hypnosis a lot in my life and am also a certified hypnotherapist and NLP (neuro linguistics programming) practitioner. It doesn’t take a lot of time, it is very inexpensive and has no side effects like meds do so it is one of the best options out there. The best option are using NLP techniques, they are even faster then hypnosis and not only does NLP have a way better success rate then all traditional therapy and meds it is permanent. I would google an NLP practitioner in your area and do a free consultation. Meds are just there to make the big companies money, they are not looking out for your best interest. What is also great about NLP and hypnosis is you don’t need to keep going for years like you do with a traditional therapist…that way you pay less money and get better results. Meds do not deal with the root issues of why you feel “depressed” they only put an unhealthy band-aide on things and the meds will only make things worse, I know from personal experience because my uncle committed suicide because of the meds. There is a great documentary called “Making a Killing” here is the link:

Watch that, it will open your eyes big time. Good luck and it’s great that you are open to these things, I know you will do great!!
