yup, it really works. i did a research paper for this once.
subliminal CDs really work because they influence us subconsciously. This means that we are unable to tell when these messages infulence us. Simply play your CD when you are sleeping and it will even work just as great when you are awake. but you will definitely have to play it over a long period of time if you really want it to work on you.

subliminal doesnot work! audio is the only way to fly unless you have a friend who is a hypnotist.
If you can find them the tapes that were made for the Erickson institute about 20 years ago are some of the best that I have ever listened to.They are multi and poly voice inductions and were almost 100 % effective .Most other tapes are good if they were 30 % .
