When your hypnotized, you never know what they could really be doing to you. I’d try and just see a shrink first.

It is best to see a psychiatrist who can give you a correct diagnosis and the right treatment. He is the specialist and best able to help you. There is help you don’t have to live with your life disrupting symptoms. Not a criticism but, we all need to stop using the word “shrink”

The first thing to understand is that a Hypnotist can not “make” you do anything against your will or morals. A good hypnotist can range from $ 50.00 per session to $ 120.00 per session depending on where you live. Make sure you get one who is experienced in fears and phobias. I have seen the wonders that hypnosis can do. You should give it some thought. The shrink will cost you a lot more and will take a lot longer.
