Question by Kat: How to quit feeling so depressed and anxious and nervous?
no matter how much I exercise, how good I eat, or how much medicine I take, I still feel depression anxiety and nervousness. schools just about to start and I hate it so much. I’m taking medicine right now for depression and anxiety but its not working anymore, and I’ve tried a huge majority of the medicines for that, and I’m only 16… how can I get rid of it now??? is there any hypnosis or last resort methods for this kind of stuff? I’ve been crying myself to sleep every night for about a week now. help please.

Sometimes having someone to talk to can do much more than medicine can. Have you gone to a therapist? Theres also lots of breathing techniques you can try.. but mostly there has to be a subconscious reason why you are the way you are.. therapy sounds like the best option for you since the medicine doesnt help.

    This happens to a lot of people , not only that the 2 following anxiety/nervous and depressed. When getting really nervous tell yourself it’s okay and I can do it. Once done u feel a lot better, tell people family friends about the problems your having. If it only gets worse go get help , I get anxiety about everyday now that there are only 3 days intill school and im super nervous. Please think about the positive then the bad even though it can be hard to clear your mind . Sit , relax, cry intill everything is done, clear your mind by doing somethig you enjoy.     You may call me crazy, but ASMR is a great way to relax AND it will help you to fall asleep, you just have to have some patience. I would start by plugging in some headphones/earphones and beginning with some of the following videos. Trust me, this will calm you like nothing else:
