ok i now that it is a natural state and you can go into this state in your normal life???
do you agree

and just curious to know if sometimes i didn’t have slept for a long time it starts feeling m semi-conscious and even when in the class i have to pay attention on my work and write ‘ most surprisingly i do write but some words get a bit wrong but overall i write all what i have to > is this hypnosis ??????????

and i remember a few years back when i was going to my prom everything felt dream what could it possibly be caused by ( that was the event i was really looking forward to )

i need pro answer and urgent thanx

Its just focus. I wondered the same thing and tried many things. If you become aware of your surroundings.Take in every detail it won’t happen any more.

    Yes, it does sound like the hypnotic state. It’s just a brainwave state between waking and sleep.
