Hi.. I nid answers frm any1 hu has tried hypnosis for improved self-image…. I have downloaded several hypnosis music and b4 I lend my ears to dem, i rili want 2 know how effective they are…….

    Hypnosis can be really effective, but only if you want it to be. The brain can be very open to suggestion when you are relaxed and let it be so. But it won’t work if you doubt it. Trust it to work, and it probably will. – it’s been shown in several studies for obesity and smoking as well.
