Question by Joshua Chase: Is it possible to learn something while sleeping?
I think it’s a hypnosis of some kind…But does it really work? For example, if I would play a CD/audio book or something would I be able to remember anything from it? Thanks!

No it’s a crock. Some research has shown that small repetitive bits of info can be remembered in a certain brain wave pattern which incidentally is the section of sleep right before full alertness, so you’re not actually asleep.
