Hypnosis leaves your brain open to suggestions that may include things other than being ticklish.
Some think it gives the demons a chance to enter the body and in some cases it completely changes a persons personality into one very undesirable. It is a very dangerous thing to do.

Hypnosis does not work equally on everyone; some people are much better subjects than others. But it ought to be possible for someone to be hypnotized at least to react in a ticklish way – to burst out laughing, say, when touched in a particular place. As for whether it might actually make the subject feel more ticklish, that might have to do with why the person in your friend’s situation became less ticklish in the first place. Someone who subconsciously really did want to become less ticklish probably won’t take to the hypnotism, but someone who subconsciously as well as consciously hates not being as ticklish as before could well regain much of the former ticklishness.

Hypnosis is not dangerous, nor is it evil or make you susceptible to demonic energies. Hypnosis is a powerful tool for changing and transforming your mind–your thoughts, beliefs and actions—so that you can change your life for the better. Making it sound evil is just what the “demons” ARE doing–deterring you from changing your life for the better.

More ticklish? Although it sounds funny, I think it actually might work. I know I have heard of this before, although I never have any reason to use it, lol. Just like one person said, hypnosis can help your mind be open to suggestions, so I would think that it would work. It also makes you so relaxed, that it will unlock your guard and probably also make you more ticklish. You can give it a shot! :)
