Any stories out there from anyone who has taken a weight loss hypnosis session?

I have used hypnosis in my work in the past with the aim of helping people lose weight.

Mixed results though. Can be a great moral booster but with any hypnotic technique if the patient does not really want to do something then they will not do it. They then go away telling everyone that hypnosis does not work. Blaming someone else for their weight problem when in fact it is entirely their fault.

If you are really serious about losing weight and want a bit of a help along the way then it will work well.

    YES! I’ve lost 60 pounds since May of this year thanks to hypnosis, and it’s still working. I had 10 sessions with a hypnotherapist, and from the very first session I made significant changes in my eating habits. I am also exercising more. In fact, there have been days where I didn’t want to exercise but because of the hypnosis I could not skip it, try as I might. It’s very odd, but wonderful. While there have been slip-ups they have been slight, compared to what they would have been in the past and I’ve been able to get myself back on track with very little problems. I definitely recommend it for anyone wanting to lose weight.

    Losing weight. In my experience it is best to go to your doctor and have them to
    a food plan for you based on. age, activity and how much weight you want to lose.

    Did this with my doctors and lost over 60 pounds.
