Hypnosis is a different state of mind from sleep. When hypnotized you are still aware of what is going on. See the link for a free self hypnosis course sent by email. He won’t spam you or pass your address on.

When thinking about your training habits think about what you want to do, not about what you want to avoid.

If you have some good experiences of when you were in “the zone” while doing your sport, you might like to review them while in self hypnosis. You can also set up a trigger so you can more easily get back into the zone when awake. If you want more details send me an email once you’ve got some experience with self hypnosis.

  1. Andrew Maxwell says:

Hypnosis is derived from the greek word for ’sleep’, however they are two completely different ind states.

Sleep is when the body is at rest unconciously, and hypnosis is when the body is at rest conciously. This allows the brain to be more in focus, and make it more susceptible to a statment or idea.
