As I was sitting here this morning, I realized that we all live in a stress filled world. There are so many things that pull us from our center. They may be good and beneficial things, but they can also be stressful. One of the most beneficial things that hypnosis can do for you, is show you how to immediately reduce (or often eliminate) the stress all around us. I’ve made this podcast with that thought in mind.
