Question by rohan v: What is hypnosis and why it is used for?
I want to know that what is hypnosis and for what reasons hypnosis is is used for.Can hypnosis control blushing.I want to know all the details of hypnosis.Can a person self-hypnotize oneself or is it necessary to reach a hypnotist for getting hypnotized.If so then then what are the methods of self-hypnotism.

lol. go to a hypnotist and ask the reasons why, youll know all the reaons you want to get answered from them. by the way, i believe most hypnotist are private practices, they have a room to do 1 to 1 sessions so you can be assured your personal details are keeped 1 to 1.

    Hypnosis is a method of communicating with the sub conscious. changing the sub programs if you will and aiding a person in making changes that might be difficult or impossible to do by your self.
    If you start with a hypnotist for a few classes or private sessions you may be able to do in a few weeks what would normally take you months to do by your self. once you have experienced the trance state the hypnotist can give you properly worded suggestions.
    Many college and universities have” hypnosis and self hypnosis” classes of short duration that are conducted as group sessions.These are some times as short as 4 weeks in length and reasonably priced and as far as I am concerned The Way to Fly. ( this may be because I teach them)
    stay away from stage hypnotists they are performers not practitioners.
