When is Hypnosis most effective before you sleep or after you wake up?

Question by hooba: When is Hypnosis most effective before you sleep or after you wake up?

Hey, I meant when is the best time to listen to a hypnosis tape, like quitting smoking. Should i listen to it right before i go to sleep or right after i wake up in the morning?

hypnosis happens when you are in a semi state of sleep , but you are not really asleep just very very relaxed. its like going to a different realm

    either or both, the one thing you can be sure of is that you will pass through a period of trance both times unless you are startled.I would strongly recommend that you have the services of a professional hypnotist prior to using a tape or CD.and make it a 1000% easier. you have no point of reference to determine if you are reaching a proper level of trance Your hypnotist is welcome to use one of my suggest on that I give my students or clients ” as you drift in to trance you will notice in your minds eye a red dot it will start on the left side and move right as you deepen your your trance. When you get to a point where you can accept the suggestion and act on it will start blink on and off.
    this suggestion should apply to any tape not just one.

    Both are times of natural hypnosis.

    I would say that before sleep would be a good time out of the 2, as long as you have a player than goes off softly?

    Hypnosis is very good at any of those times.

    However, when you’re falling asleep might be best, because when you sleep, your brain processes information and events throughout the day, and it tries to solve problems and come up with answers.

    I would do it mostly at night, and every once and awhile (or maybe everyday) do it in the morning. Combining both may increase it’s chance of effectiveness.

    DonĀ“t do it before bedtime if you are tired or falls asleep easily, Its better to do it in the morning in that case.

    The time is not really a critical factor.
    The most important thing is that your mind is relaxed and
    open to receive suggestions. If you are listening to a tape
    your mind must be open to change and belive that that it is going to have an effect. If you have a critical mind your success will be greatly diminished.
